We ship products within 0-7 working days, but sometimes there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We'll always do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@unifyindia  .

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
At The Unify India, we take the delivery of your orders seriously, and we make every effort to ensure that your package arrives at the correct address. During the checkout process, we attempt to validate the shipping address provided to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the carrier.

In the event that we cannot validate the address provided, we will try to contact the customer to obtain an updated address. However, if we cannot update the address, we will be forced to cancel the order and issue a refund.

It's important to note that if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we cannot recover the package, The Unify India cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result. We highly recommend that customers double-check their shipping information before finalizing their order to avoid any potential issues.
